Journey task is getting assigned to pending worker line manager instead of New Hire record line mgr
Summary:
Journey task is getting assigned to pending worker line manager even though the Allocation criteria is set to 'When action record becomes effective' and Configure Action Reason is, Hire and Rehire.
Our scenario is that the pending worker is coming over from our Recruitment platform through an integration to Fusion. On occasions the line manager is incorrect.
HR access the pending worker record and create the New Hire Record with a different manager.
It seems that the Journey is picking up the pending worker line manager instead of the New Hire record of where the allocation criteria is set.
