Request information misc documents are not added to DOR if candidate adds them after move to HR

Summary:

In our candidate selection process we've enabled the job application flow type 'Request Information'. Via 'Miscellaneous Documents' we are requesting additional document like Educational or Professional Certifications. We've encountered issues of candidates who stated they did upload the document, but they were not visible in DOR. We can also see documents which were successfully uploaded.

I found out it is a timing issue, if the candidate adds the documents before the recruiter clicks 'Move to HR' the documents are visible in DOR. If the candidate adds the documents after the profile was 'Moved to HR' the documents are not visible in DOR.
