How to configure an eligibility profile for Internal Mobility Checklist?

edited Sep 19, 2024 2:37PM in Journeys 1 comment

Summary:

I’m creating a journey that gets allocated to our Onboarding Team whenever the ‘Move to HR’ action is taken on an internal candidate. The Journey is also allocating to rehires, but we are trying to limit allocation only to internals.

We have a separate Journey that is configured to allocate to rehires when the ‘Add Pending Work Relationship’ action is executed. This works as this action occurs simultaneously as ‘Move to HR’ when executed on a Candidate with a Candidate Type of ‘Ex-Employee’.

Oracle recommends using ‘Move to HR’ for internals:

With the following guidance from Oracle, I would expect the journey to only allocate to internal candidates: “Configuring eligibility profiles can ensure that only one journey gets allocated to a candidate at this point in their recruiting lifecycle. For instance, you might want to ensure that the action Move to HR is configured to trigger a journey only for internal candidates, so that external new hires and rehires can receive journeys based on the actions Add Pending Worker and Add Pending Work Relationship respectively”.

Howdy, Stranger!
