Learning assignment alert delivery report

Summary:

We have a requirement to report on the delivery of compliance assigned training alerts for audit purposes.

We need to see in one overview - a list of all learners (e.g. by email address), what alert was sent to them and time/date when sent. This is not possible through the front-end of Oracle - admins can only see a numerical figure against recent alert deliveries and must then click into each individual alert to view what it was and who it was sent to. This is too time-consuming for deployments such as ours for 17K+ people.
