Both Life Insurance Plans do not display in Change Beneficiaries

Summary:

I had the Change Beneficiaries tile created back when this feature first came out and it worked as it should. We have a Basic Life Plan and a Voluntary Life Plan that displayed in the area. I don't have any active life events started so both should be displaying, but only the Basic Life is displaying. Any ideas why the Voluntary life is no longer showing? In the Test instance, it is working correctly, and in the Dev instance, neither plan displays. How can I get the Voluntary Life to display?
