Is there a setting to round data entered at Total levels to 2 decimal places

When an whole number (no decimals) is entered into a quarter, or year total member it is allocated back to months evenly results in amounts with 14 decimal places. For example if we enter a number at year total that is 16700 it is allocated back to months as 1,391.666666666667. Is there is a setting or way to round off such numbers generated at monthly level by automatic even split. Not just for display but in DB as well?
