Can notes use attribute dimensions to differentiate entry (example by Market)?

Summary:

I'm supporting NOI reports with a Market attribute (POV) to allow users to slice data by country (part of Market attribute). Can attribute dimensions be used in Notes to differentiate comment entry for users? For example, users viewing same report with different Market (country) in the POV…notes entry for one country appears in the other country so it does not appear attributes can be used but want to confirm as I don't find it documented.
