Vanity URL's

Greetings,

I have an always free account and I am very happy with it. But now I need to make use of Vanity URL's to be able to make use of a custom domain name to my APEX developed app.

To do this I need to have an autonomous database with a network access type of "Private Endpoint access only" which is not available in free accounts.

So, I need to upgrade just to get that feature and all features needed to make use of Vanity URL's that's not available in free accounts plan. I think nothing else is needed but that feature, but if there's any, of course I'd need them.
