talent community pool send message to all

Summary:

I have a global talent community pool that I need to send a message to, however there are 62000+ members of this global pool and I can't check the "select all" box. Is there any way I can send bulk emails to this community pool without individually selecting each candidate or creating a campaign? When I try creating a campaign, the "Campaign Purpose" selections do not fit the circumstances.

We are moving from one ORC to another and want to invite these candidates to sign up/create a profile/visit the new site.
