Experts - I have already implemented Credit Card functionality between Oracle and Cybersource. But there is one open Question

I am unclear on the process when/where the remittance bank gets involved and how the systems like CyberSource/Oracle and the bank are connected and at what stage , is it after the automatic receipt creation is when we send out a file from oracle to the bank or would cyber source send a file to the bank ?
