Prior to 24D Oracle has delivered the following Career Development functionality in Redwood:
- Development Plan (Development Goals), available via Goals Center
- Explore Careers, available via Skills Center (part of Dynamic Skills), Grow, or deep link
When we refer to Explore Careers, this encompasses the following features:
- Search
- AI Suggested Careers
- Career Details
- Career Path (available in Redwood only)
From 24D, we have moved Explore Careers to Opportunity Marketplace and expanded the functionality to also support (in addition to the above):
