Can we restrict Grades list in ORC through Auto complete rules

We have a set of Grades created in Workforce Structures. All the Grades are visible now while creating a Requisition and Offer. But customer needs to see only few Grades but not all while creating a Requisition/Offer.

Is it feasible or not. If feasible how can we achieve it?
