Account Rule for Constant Value - Condition Not Working

Summary:

I have created an Account Rule for Segment value to be Constant when Invoice Distribution Account Primary Balancing Segment = 220 and Invoice Distribution Account Fund Segment = 240. This is for Recoverable Tax journal line. But system is not considering this condition and not picking the constant value when invoice is accounted for.

Update:

Resolved it myself. Seems to be browser issue. In Chrome, changes are not taking effect. However Firefox is updating the changes as expected.

Strange behaviour.
