how to create a lead from outlook email attachment - [ Excel ] in Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud?

Need to evaluate the feasibility of creating a lead from an auto-generated email attachment for Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud.

The attachment is an Excel file containing all the essential fields for lead creation. Can we use "MS Outlook for Oracle Sales CRM" to extract data from the Excel file and create the lead?

Once the mail received, data need to be extract from the attachment to create the lead.
