How to create a dependent field based on the multiple selection

Hi Team,
Our requirement is to Create a field called Job Posting under the details section of the requisition. and it should have LOVs(Internal - Which will be Company Career Posting / External, Naukri, LinkedIn, Post to Internal Employees for Referrals) with multiple selections.
once they select "Post to Internal Employees for Referrals" then the new field should open to select a department and notification should trigger to Employees to refer candidates based on the department selected
How can we display the custom field when it is multiple selection also, I have used context segment for other custom filed in the same page so how can we use 2/3 context segment?
