Required Extension for credit check when we revised the orders

Summary:

Currently whenever we create Sales order, Credit check hold get applied on sales order.

But When we create revision and Click on submit without changing anything on sales order like qty, price, ship method, It removed credit check hold automatically and Order proceed for fulfillment.

We are not using credit review management, We are release the credit hold from UI. Also there is one extension "Skip Credit Check on the Sales Order Revision"

So we require one more extension, when ever there is credit check hold, You won't allow to revised the order. Extension should only for Credit check hold not for other holds.
