Unable to make Annual amount field editable

Summary:

Hi Team,

While creating an offer under the salary section for ‘variable pay’ the business team wants to make the monthly amount filed read-only and the annual amount filed editable

The salary basis is created based on the Monthly Frequency

Please let me know weather it is feasible or not
