Can we add library goals to goal plans in Redwood?

In responsive, a library goal could easily be added to a goal plan. There doesn't seem to be the same functionality in Redwood. Is this because it doesn't exist yet, or have we missed some config?

In responsive, we could search and add a library goal to a goal plan. In Redwood this option does not exist. We come across the same issue when managers want to assign library goals to their team members.
