file-based data import process to import segment values

Hello

I would like to use the following XLSM template ChartofAccountsSegmentValuesandHierarchiesImportTemplate.xlsm to massively modify the descriptions of 50 segment values. However when I open the file, credentials are not required as with other FBDIs. Moreover, when I do the double click on the buttons 'Validate Segment Value' or 'Generate CSV' , they don't work.  I updated ADF Desktop Integration add-in but the problem persists.

Can someone help me?
