Performing action on Compensation Change Statement on behalf of employee (as Administrator)

Summary:

We have an ask from our business to complete an action (acknowledge, sign electronically, accept or decline, etc) on the Compensation Change Statement for an employee who is unable to do so in the system themselves. I have looked through the documentation but do not see a way to "proxy" as the employee outside of logging in as them which is not a solution for us currently. Does anyone know if this is a feature/behavior that is possible?
