Enable SSO for a certain group of user

Summary:

Is there a way we can enable SSO just for a group of users in Fusion Sales? I think SSO is a security setting, and I don't see a quick way to enable SSO for user or for user categories under the SEcurity Console. But still wanted to reach out and see if anybody else have a definitive answer.
