Create Accounting error for Account Alias transaction that has been deleted

Hello Experts,

We have a situation where we performed a Account Alias Transaction by using "XYZ" Alias.

This transaction was interfaced to Costing and fully costed.

But later this "XYZ" has been deleted as it was not required anymore.

Now the issue is Create Accounting for Cost Management is error out saying that

"The input source values don't map to any output value defined in mapping set
XX MS Account Alias. Details: You must either define a default output for
mapping set or specify mappings for all possible input values"

We recreated the same XYZ alias in the same inventory org and updated the mapping set with same input parameter.
