Summary: We are seeing a new message in Manage Job Offers when processing Transfers. The message appears to be a warning message about permissions, however no one appears to be aware of why the message is being displayed.

The message mentions that the data for payroll will not be transferred. We noticed that payroll details were not making it over to CoreHR after being processed.

Message Displayed in Payroll Details: You don't have permission to access this information. The data entered on the offer under Payroll Details won't be copied. It may be copied during approval process if one of the approvers edit the transaction.
