How to get access to IDR reports without giving more payables access

We have a Procurement PM who needs access to run IDR seeded reports
such as Invoice Documents Recognition Tracking and Invoice Documents
Recognition Rate reports. We gave her IDR Scanned invoice view privilege
but its showing an error in the log file Failure: Due to
oracle.xdo.server.ReportException: oracle.xdo.servlet.CreateException:
java.lang.SecurityException: Security violation.

What can we give so she can run these reports and not impact or give
her any additional security as she cannot be entering invoices or
anything like that - just to run these reports when she needs.

We have SR 3-38071956221 but they said to ask on customer connect
