Customise JobOfferLetterDM to include FTE value from the Job Offer, NOT the just the Position.

Summary:

Requirement: Pull the calculated FTE value from the JOB OFFER form FTE field and not the Position FTE field.

Oracle Support have advised this is not possible using the seeded DM so we need to create a custom version.

Looking for support / advice on how to do this.

When using the seeded JobOfferLetterDM the FTE token will pull through the Position FTE value.

In the instance where the Job Offer is using a Position which has an FTE of 1, then modify the Working hours which recalculates the FTE on the Job Offer to show as 0.8, then our expectation is that the JobOfferLetterDM will pull the value from the JobOffer and NOT the Position. Unfortunately this is not per design and therefore Oracle Support have advised us the only way to achieve this is to "customize the JobOfferLetterDM by modifying the existing logic through a different query."
