24C: API to update Balance Register allownace

Hi Team,

I read in one of the documents saying that we can update the allowances in pick period using API.

But when I am trying to update with API (Update allowanceGrants).

I am getting "Invalid operation update for the specified resource.".

Do we need to setup any setup to achieve this.
