Redwood: TM Personalization in Visual Builder - Hide Manager rating for Development Plan

Summary:

In the our clients' Redwood migration in Talent Management, we have a requirement to hide the 'Manager Rating' dropdown. However in VBS, this simple hide could not be done in Express Mode. As you can see it shows there are no configurable content in this panel. Also, in the page properties, there are no showing up pertaining to rating.

-When the (Line) Manager signs in, within the performance document the manager should not be able to rate the development plan (as seen in the screenshot below). The comment box should still be available.

-Navigation path: Logged in as Manager you require “Manager rating” under development plan removed.
