Need to default Bcc email id on PO based on category selection

We have a scenario where we autocreate PO from PR. The requirement is we need to default an email ID in the "Bcc" field of PO communication to supplier. So that for if specific categories are selected on the PR, the Bcc email ID on the corresponding auto-create PO should default to a value.
