Mapping locations to organization in Taleo

Hello,

I believe I really need a bit of guidance, please.
I need to make an existing location available for an organization for which is currently not (Ex: when you create a requisition template, you select an Organization, then the available Locations list is filtered according to the selected Organization).
I searched all over the Configuration and I could not figure out where/how the Organization - locations mapping is done...
Can you, please, point me to the right direction?
