CX Cloud - DSPs to allow Import of Opportunities

I want to allow a data steward role, with limited administrator permissions (no sandbox or scheduled processes) the ability to import opportunities. So far the only way I've seen to be able to do this is to give them the Sales Administrator and Opportunity Administrator role, but I assume there must be some number of Data Security Policies that enable this feature without also bringing all the permissions of a Sales Administrator.

Which data Security Policies could I add to a role that gives this permission?
