Can Copy balances to the new employment record flag be used when performing Global Transfer through

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Hi

We have lot of Global Transfer in the year and always use HDL to perform Global Transfer. As far as i have seen, Copy balances to the new employment record flag only works when you perform Global Transfer through UI and not applicable when you perform through HDL. Also release notes says below -

Can I perform an employee transfer with HCM Data Loader?

Yes, but this requires separate HCM Data Loader files to copy the related payroll info.

So is my assumption correct, is there any enhancement planned in future roadmap to be able to use this flag for HDL Load as well? I sincerely appreciate your time!
