Optimizing Global Pay Cycles for Critical and Non- Critical Suppliers

Dear Team,
We are looking for standardizing payment frequency for non-critical suppliers globally, aligning all regions to a schedule of twice per week. What options are available for PPR setups and does Oracle have recommendations for mass jobs?

We are thinking of three options for the global PPRs:
 1) Schedule only the critical suppliers PPRs to use existing templates for three days per week (most of runs weekly)
This means non-critical will have to be run manually
2) Schedule only the mass PPRs to use existing templates for twice per week (least of runs weekly)
This means critical will have to be run manually
