Hi Community,

I am conducting research, and your help would be greatly appreciated. If we had a feature that allows users (such as service supervisors, operations staff, trainers, or coordinators) to automate their repetitive tasks using macros that can be executed and shared among their teams. What use cases do you envision where this feature would be particularly helpful? Please, provide your example / use case / scenario in the comments.
