Custom Human Resource Specialist Custom Job role without document of record Access
Hi Team,
We have a Custom Human Resource Specialist Custom Job role, in that we do not have any Privilege or role related to Document of Record in both Function Security Policies and Role Hierarchy but we have some Data Security Policies which have Data Resource as Person Document of Record and Privilege as Manage Person Documentation.
As do not need access to document of records i have deleted all with Data Resource as Person Document of Record but still i was able to access the DOR of the associates in person management.
Then I have planned to exclude all the document times but in the data role and security profile area for this particular custom role we don't have option of document type security profile.
