How to hide 'Save and Next' 'close' options on Manager evaluation of associate for individual Goals

We are trying to hide 'Save and Next' and 'Close' options under individual Goals section of Manager evaluations of Associate page on Redwood pages

Manager clicks on Team performance>clicks one of the list of direct reports> when manager clicks on one of the listed goals able to view 'Save and Next' and 'Close' option. There is no comment field in individual goals section, so we don't need 'Save and Next' and 'Close' option
