No resume upload by imported users
Summary:
We have migrated candidates from the previous ATS system.
We noticed that such candidates cannot import data via resumes, and cannot upload resumes. The system recognizes them by e-mail (which is pulled from the previous system).
This problem occurs only with migrated profiles, it does not apply to ordinary existing candidates.
We imported the candidates these candidates are imported as entries but no profiles were created for them during migration.
Is there any way we can enable candidates to apply with a resume?
