Error when trying to remove person information (Candidate)
Hey all,
I have created "Configure Person Information Removal Policy " - for removing CANDIDATE Information, just a basic to test and start with, I have ticked only:
Candidate Address and Candidate Email. Enable and Save it.
I went to Remove Person Information: Submit Process - add a name - choose the template I created - add Candidate Number of the candidate I want to delete information from - process mode: Remove and submit.
The result/status is - Error
No of Employees Matching the Termination Criteria :::0
Do you know how to fix this?
