Page breaks do not work for bursting (RTF template -> Excel output)

Report has RTF template and it is exported to XLSX format only. Resulted Excel has 2 separated sheets (from functional logic one Excel file contains 2 reports are spaced to sheets). But page breaks (we use them into RTF template for create multisheets in Excel) are ignored if we configure bursting to report - all 2

parts are shown in the first sheet. Could you please suggest how to avoid this problem.

It is working when we are exporting the output, but not working when we are sending this output through bursting.
