Application from an internal candidate not visible in job requisition view, despite being counted as active.

Within HR Connect and a proper job requisition view I can see there is 1 application (1 active, 1 new to be reviewed) but when I want to see its details it pops up as "No results found". I have super admin role. What could be the possible reason? The candidate is from an internal pool.
