How to inactivate approval rules uploaded using Spreadsheet

Hi,

We had uploaded journal approval rules using spreadsheet. Due to some issue, we had to change Rule Description. How do we disable old rules now?

We can see using report that old rules are still active.

I was under impression that spreadsheet will create fresh rule and disable anything already uplaoded.
