Can all the candidates referred by Agency have same email address

Hello Oracle,

As we understand email address act as validation for each candidate profile but in UK and India our client has confirmed that Agency provide there email address on candidates profile and candidates email address is only provided when offer is created.

We need this as there are multiple agents and agencies and all follow the same process, also please confirm on another point is that how can someone perform a duplicate check as all the candidates referred by the Agent will have the same email address,

Will there be any issue? Any workaround on this?
