The check digit field is not reflecting on the Redwood personal payment methods page

Summary:

While adding bank details in Redwood’s personal payment methods page, I noticed that the check digit field is missing in Redwood, although it is present in RUI. To address this, I changed the value from false to true in VBS tool and published it. However, I still cannot see the field. Can anyone help me understand this unexpected behavior?
