Unable to edit the PO Charge account generated from the TAD configuration on PO created from PR

Hi,

I am facing issue I am unable to manually change the PO charge account on the Incomplete purchase order created from the purchase requisition.

PO charge account is generated from the TAD configuration, we have a requirement that user should have the option to manually change the PO charge account.

How can I achieve it ? for some of the BU's I am able to edit the PO charge account but not for the one I am mentioning.
