Negative values on standard column in worksheet compensation.

Problem Description:

In worksheet compensation, one of the standard columns Compensation Amount – Component 1 (Proposed Statutory Increase) is displaying negative values in the worksheet. This standard column had no configuration done to it neither in the properties nor in the dynamic column sections. When this negative value is changed, this negative value increases further negatively in some cases and is increased further positively when manually modifying.

After some testing on our side, we have found out that this issue is happening to multiple employees whose salary periodicity are of Hourly, Daily, Monthly and that has a difference in their Miscellaneous Rate 4 - Component 1

Howdy, Stranger!
