Summary: How can we allocate Individual Compensation to an employee of a specific LDG to a payroll element of different LDG

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We have a requirement to allocate an Individual Compensation Plan to an employee working in US LDG but we want to add an ICP to him for Turkey as well. I have created a Plan with the option of Turkey LDG and hard-coded the eligibility for that specific employee. Still I am not able to add the ICP to that employee. Is this requirement possible?
