INV_ACCESSIBLE_ORGANIZATIONS_V View Not Accessible

The INV_ACCESSIBLE_ORGANIZATIONS_V view that is used in our BI reports is previously accessible using other roles even without the Application Implementation Consultant role but now we need to have the Application Implementation Consultant role to be able to access it and see its data. This view was used in many reports in our environment and currently, we are having regression issues as the business users are not able to see the data in the report.

Can you provide us any documentation regarding this change so we can have a better understanding of this issue?
