'CONSUME RESOURCE CAPACITY ONLY AFTER COMPONENTS ARE AVAILABLE' feature example not correct

edited Sep 26, 2024 6:52AM in Order Management

Hello,

We are referring to the topic 'CONSUME RESOURCE CAPACITY ONLY AFTER COMPONENTS ARE AVAILABLE' under cloud readiness Update 24B.

https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/om/releases/24B/24B-order-mgmt-wn.htm#T54909

2) There are two different values in the component lead times and resource consumption. As per our analysis, the calculations provided in the examples is not correct.
As given in first example, The 'Quantity Manufacturing will need' column for R1 was supposed to be 20 hours but it is showing 50 hours and R2 was supposed to be 30 hours but it is 20 hours in the example. We need to understand as to how the calculation is being done and subsequently how the availability is being derived accordingly.

Howdy, Stranger!
