Autocomplete Rule: Error when non vacant position is used for job requisition creation

Summary:

Our requirement is to trigger an error when a non vacant position is used for creating a job requisition. However we are getting the error for all vacant and non vacant positions which should not be the case.
Is anyone able to achieve this?
