Roles & Delegation feature instead of Impersonation.

Hi,

We are planning to use Roles & Delegation since Impersonation feature is going away after 24C patch upgrade, we have done the application in non prod instance, there are some open points that come up, we would like to know , please provide the details on below:

  1. We will be delegating all the roles from one user to another and it has some role that requires license for e.g. PO Buyer, by delegating we are able to access the PO, do we need license for the user we are delegating the roles or the user will be able to access without any license.
