Should you use workforce compensation to manage salary budgets?
Summary:
We have a requirement for managers to track/manage the salary budget for their teams. This is separate from the yearly merit/promo cycle. It wouldn't be a compensation cycle where salary is allocated but instead would be a way for managers to track and set their salary budgets.
